- Create Images or Icons:
- Use an image editing tool or app to create small, square images or icons that closely match the background color of your Instagram profile. You can use a color picker tool to ensure a precise match.
- Upload the Images to Your Story:
- Go to your Instagram Stories and upload each of the created images or icons as separate stories. These will serve as the “blank” covers for your highlights.
- Add Highlights to Your Profile:
- After you’ve uploaded the images to your story, go to your profile and tap on the “+ New” button under your profile picture to create a new highlight.
- Choose Stories for Highlights:
- Instagram will prompt you to choose stories from your story archive to add to the highlight. Select the stories that contain the blank imagesicons.
- Add a Highlight Name:
- Give your highlight a name. You can use spaces to create the appearance of a blank name, or simply use a period (“.”) if spaces are not allowed.
- Edit Highlight Cover:
- Once the highlight is created, you can tap on “Edit Highlight” to change the cover image. Choose the blank imageicon you created earlier as the cover.
- Repeat for Additional Blank Highlights:
- If you want to create multiple blank highlights, repeat the process for each one.
Please note that this method doesn’t create “truly” blank highlights but rather uses imagesicons that closely match your background color to create the illusion of blank highlights.
